Quick preparation steps that help everyone stay focused and get more from our live workshops.

Before we start
Cambermast workshops are interactive and designed for you. Come ready to ask questions, answer prompts, and connect the material to the work you actually do.
- β° Arrive on time so you do not miss the kickoff context.
- ποΈ Block your calendar, silence your phone, turn off nonessential notifications, and close email or chat windows you do not need.
- β¬οΈ Download and install Zoom before the session starts Zoom download (it is free to use).
- π Check the prerequisites for your training program and make sure you purchase or download any required apps, hardware, or services. They are typically listed on the public site where you signed up or in an email. Here are links to our public programs where you can find the prerequisites:
Quick setup checklist
- π Be ready to ask and answer questions. These workshops are interactive and designed for you.
- π₯ Share your video whenever you can to improve collaboration.
- π₯οΈ Set up two monitors if possible. Some people use an iPad or similar device when they do not have multiple monitors.
- π€ Limit ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot use for up to 24 hours before the session so you do not hit usage limits.
- π±οΈ Be ready to share your screen if the trainer needs to see your desktop.
- πΆ Join from a quiet space with reliable Wi-Fi or a wired connection.
- ποΈ Test your mic and camera before we begin.
- π Keep a notebook or doc open to capture ideas and action items.

- Close bandwidth-heavy apps and browser tabs you will not use.
- Have your login credentials ready for any tools we will use.
- Bring real examples or workflows you want to improve.
