More machine-readable sources

These endpoints support broader retrieval, reuse, and indexing across the site.

Canonical feed endpoint for training programs is /feed/training-programs.xml. The legacy alias /feed/programs.xml is kept as a compatibility path, not the primary source to index.

Canonical events feed endpoint is /feed/events.xml. The legacy alias /feed/calendar.xml is kept as a compatibility path for older subscribers.

Canonical OpenAI commerce export endpoint is /feed/openai-products.jsonl.gz, with /api/commerce-products.json available as the human-readable QA preview.

RSS feeds

Use feeds for update monitoring, freshness checks, and simple subscriptions.
