Choosing the right ChatGPT mode should not feel like guesswork. Chat helps with quick back-and-forth work. Work can take on longer tasks that end in a finished deliverable. Codex focuses on software work.
During this two-hour special edition of Practical AI at Work, Bill Raymond gives you a guided tour of the new app and demonstrates each mode with a separate mini project. You see how to choose a mode, provide useful context, review the result, and decide where human judgment belongs.
You do not need access to Work to benefit from the session. Follow-along is optional. Work availability depends on your ChatGPT plan and rollout status. The Codex segment is a beginner-friendly tour, so coding experience is not required.
