More details

Knowing which part of ChatGPT to use is a good start. The next step is using it to complete work you can review, improve, and keep.

This 2-hour hands-on companion workshop builds on Practical AI at Work: Let's Tour the New ChatGPT App. Bill Raymond will guide you through one connected project in ChatGPT Work. You will create a real site, set up an AI automation, test the results, and decide what still needs your review or approval.

What You Will Build

  • A working site that turns source material into a useful, organized experience
  • A scheduled AI automation that prepares a review-ready update
  • A reusable task brief and review checklist for your next ChatGPT Work project

How We Will Work

You will practice with advanced ChatGPT Work features such as project context, files, Sites, plugins or connected apps when available, and scheduled tasks. Coding is kept light and guided, so the emphasis stays on defining the result, giving ChatGPT the right context, reviewing its work, and getting something useful finished.

The workshop includes demonstrations, build time, checkpoints, troubleshooting, and time to adapt the method to your own work. You will remain responsible for the goal, source material, permissions, quality review, and final approval.

Who This Is For

Professionals who want guided practice using ChatGPT Work for substantial, multi-step work. You do not need to be a developer. Familiarity with the basic Chat, Work, and Codex choices is helpful, and the free Let's Tour the New ChatGPT App session provides that foundation.

Access Note

Bring a laptop with the current ChatGPT desktop app and an account that includes ChatGPT Work. Feature access, Sites publishing, plugins, connected apps, local files, and scheduled tasks can vary by plan, workspace settings, role, region, rollout, and administrator permissions. You can still follow the core method when a specific optional connection is unavailable. Public Site publishing may require additional plan or administrator access, but every participant can review the build path and working preview shown in the workshop.
