  • The course starts at 8:00 am PST, 11 am EST each day.
  • The course ends at 4:00 pm PST, 7 pm EST each day.
  • Your course will include minor breaks throughout the day, including a 1-hour break.

  • We keep our courses to a manageable number so all attendees have an opportunity to ask questions.

  • Anyone may attend, but this course is in US English only.

Course material

  • You must provide a valid mailing address so the trainer can send you the training material.

Course delivery

  • Your trainer will walk students through live, interactive activities. Students can feel free to ask questions at any time.
  • This training course uses a technology called GoToTraining. You may need to install the free app to access this course.
  • If available, we recommend you use a separate computer, iPad, or second monitor. Doing this will allow you to watch the training on one screen and perform the training steps on another.
